(Ok, I know I’m not very tall but still, that’s a lot of names!). ![]() So, today I’m simply breaking down my top 5 online yoga classes to attend during lockdown.īefore I start, I want to say that there is so much choice out there that I could honestly write a list as long as me on the online yoga classes I would recommend, especially during this quarantine. And with today’s news that exercise outside the home might be banned if people stop disrespecting the rules (even on a beautiful sunny day * passively aggressively raises eyebrows*, it’s time to start embracing home workouts. Whilst the UK has only been on Lockdown since the 23rd of March, my family and I had already imposed the same rules even two weeks earlier. ![]()
